We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

We write the content of these pages with care, but we can't guarantee that it is always complete, correct and up to date. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws.
